The first part of the monograph on the Junkers Ju 87 ‘Stuka’, the most famous WW2 German dive bomber, discusses the origins and development of its all versions with coverage of changes made in their variants, sub-variants and field modifications. Each version is specified and described. The book constitutes a thorough insight into the emergence and evolution of the idea of dive bombing in USA and Germany. The book includes specifications of the key Ju 87 variants.
